Because it's been quite a terrible week, where customer service is concerned. 'Cos somehow, the small thing can break the whole deal, or the whole mood. 'Cos people rarely mean what they say and do what they mean. 'Cos there are some distances that are just too long to attempt catching up on. 'Cos a mistake can be made right if it's rectified soon enough. 'Cos some mistakes will persist until its expiry date. 'Cos some things, you just have to wait it out.xxxSingtel service SUCKS a deal! They have systems that don't work and customer service crew that works only to pay customers lip service. Hear it here - I'm NOT going to renew my contract with Singtel once the current one expires. In a-blardy 2 years time. Damn. xxxI'm in a dun-get-in-my-way-unless-totally-necessary mood.
